The moment you walk through our doors of either location you’re surrounded by an upscale winery environment reminiscent of Provence in the South of France. We invite you to browse through the gift shop where Sandi has assembled a large selection of wine accessories, stemware, decanters and tasteful hostess gifts, all at moderate prices.

We are particularly proud of our make on premise winery facility, starting with our state of the art water purification system. Choosing a wine to make is a task made easy as we will discuss your likes and dislikes with you before recommending the type that suits your tastes and needs.

Once your wine has been started, we closely monitor and test for progress during each stage of the fermentation, ending with filtering through our unique vacuum filtration system. This great attention to detail and process by our qualified teams is your guarantee of well made wine that you can count on for good taste.

When you return to Somerset to bottle your wines we assure you that this will be a fun and rewarding experience. Every step is made quick and easy in our fully equipped and spacious stations which feature automatic bottling, corking, and shrink wrap machines. We also offer an extensive selection of wine labels to choose from or, create personalized custom labels to complete the professional presentation of your very own fine wines.
