If wine-making at home is your hobby, we can offer you a full range of ingredients, supplies and equipment along with knowledgeable advice on “How to” on almost any point in regards to successfully making grape and fruit wines.
Through extensive research and trials we have learned where it is to the wine's advantage if we use varietal specific yeasts, extra nutrients, oak or even tweak the acids and tannins. Should you decide to purchase a wine kit from us that we feel would be enhanced by the use of such ingredients we will share this knowledge with you and supply the items to do so at no extra charge.

The next most important ingredient after the juice and/or concentrate is of course – water. Should you not have any water filtration system at home, we would be pleased to give you the necessary water so that you may achieve the same results that we do.
Need a filter machine and corker? No problem – when you purchase your wine kits at Somerset, we will rent you a good filter machine and loan you a floor corker for just $5.00. Please reserve in advance.
Problems with your wine? Give us a call, we can usually help you solve most problems immediately. When we can’t, we will research the problem, find the answer and call you back as soon as we can.
